Wednesday, March 11 – 111 Sussex open for equipment delivery and technical set-up beginning at 12:00 p.m. Accreditation badges available for pickup beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Press Building, 150, Wellington Street, Ottawa.
Thursday, March 12 – First Ministers’ Meeting with National Indigenous Leaders. 111 Sussex open at 8:00 a.m.
Accreditation badges available for pickup beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Press Building, 150, Wellington Street, Ottawa.
Friday, March 13 – First Ministers’ Meeting. 111 Sussex open at 6:00 a.m.
Accreditation badges available for pickup beginning at 7:00 a.m. at the Press Building, 150, Wellington Street, Ottawa.
Additional program details will be made available at a later date.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish access to the media centre location must register online and provide a colour photograph. Please use the link www.scicsonline.ca and enter the PIN 622833 no later than March 11, 2020.
Accreditation badges will be distributed at the Press Building, Overflow Room, 1st floor, 150 Wellington Street, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on March 11 and must be worn for access to 111 Sussex.

Transportation
In order to gain access to 111 Sussex beginning on Thursday, March 12, media must use the shuttle buses provided, departing from 150 Wellington starting at 07:00 a.m. on March 12 and 06:30 a.m. on March 13. Shuttles will operate for the duration of the meeting. A schedule will be posted at 150 Wellington. There will be no on-site parking at 111 Sussex as of Thursday, March 12.
Media Facilities
A media workroom will be provided with WiFi, power outlets, cablevision, and television monitors. Unimic and press conference locations will be equipped with lighting and audio distribution. The Press Conference room will have additional interpretation audio distribution.
