Meeting of Federal-Provincial-Territorial Ministers Responsible for Culture and Heritage
RESOLUTION – Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Contents and Artistic Expressions
Noting the significant efforts deployed internationally by governments in partnership with members of civil society to develop and adopt a Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Contents and Artistic Expressions at The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Ministers responsible for Culture and Heritage pledge their renewed collaborative efforts toward the elaboration of the Convention, which would reiterate the right of governments to adopt cultural policies.
