Harold Nonkoh’s Biography

Harold Nonkoh joined CICS as Director, Information Systems in July 2022. He has over 30 years of Information Technology and Information Management experience, in the private and public sector. He studied Electrical Engineering with a Computer Systems concentration.

Harold began his Information Technology career in the private sector as a software developer in 1992. He then joined a large international corporation, in systems engineering and technical solutions architect roles, that serviced clients in various industries including computer manufacturing, telecommunications, Internet and billing systems. He started a small consulting firm in 2005 where he continued consulting for private companies while adding the public sector. After a decade of public consulting work, he joined the Federal Public sector in 2019.
